The video game genre can cover such a wide range of different types of music. However, it perfectly explains this song. It reminds me of my younger days, just playing video games for hours without a care in the world. Very nice musical track.

Preds responds:

Thank you! I appreciate it :D And yeah, this is indeed videogame hehe, but more FM I'd say.

The percussion really drives this track and helps keep the steady rhythm. I can imagine myself just being still, and watching the world and I float through space. Very nice use of synth.

wilidacious responds:

thanks!

A nice beat and sound effects combine well in this track. I could feel the vibe, but never felt the urge to murder anybody. lol

Geometry dash has become a huge success, and the music has always been one of the major factors. This is a prefect example of that success. This experimental track reminds me of playing Geometry Dash. This is a great dedication to Michigun.

YungTrue responds:

Thank you so much ;)

This a nice little tract. Drum work is solid and keeps the beat. Rythym is decent, and it seems to remind me of other songs I have heard before. It is a good dance tune.

Mauxus responds:

Thank you! Drum beat is custom made in the way that I am using two different kicks that act on two different frequencies. Drum beat is not a single repeating loop. I manually placed the kick and snare sounds where I wanted them to be. There is a Snare and Clap combo set plus a number of other little things like woosh sounds and different hi hats for different parts of the song and a couple of reversed beats and beats halting to a stop. Thanks for listening and commenting!

Trying to base a song on the seasons has always been tricky. I think you really nailed Spring with this one. Bloom helps you imagine plants popping up from the ground, and new flowers sprouting. It is upbeat and happy.

wilidacious responds:

thank you!

Some songs are very relaxing, and some make you want to dance. This is defiantly one that motivates you to dance. Excellent use of synth and electronic flare. The drum work and bass are top notch.

acheney responds:

thank you!!

Your techno version of this song is definitely different. It has a much different rhythm and general beat. The slowed-down effect was not the best idea for me. I prefer this musical track when it is at the normal tempo.

Quarl responds:

Lol, I'm happy to hear people chime in on their preferences. The minor differences between the two versions were bugging me out.

I think this is the first classical song that I have heard, that has been remastered. It is a simple nursery rhyme that has an interesting twist on it. It reminds me of something you would hear in a Pixar or a Disney film.

Deemo-R responds:

Thanks! It is a bit of a strange piece in that way, but that's what makes the small challenges fun! Appreciate the Disney/Pixar comparison!

Funk is a tricky genre because you have to nail it without being cheezy. You definitely created some good Funk here. The rhythm is right on, and it has plenty of groove. The bass work really comes across.

Joe-Mega responds:

I definitely didn't nail it XD I have a lot of work to go. But thank you all the same.

I love most video game parody movies and I'm trying to earn my way to the top. :)
