Nice job! The glow effect in the background is nice as well however, why are there glowy lines over the girl? It looks like lightening.

Thanks! Yes, I was playing around with some blending effects on a layer and I managed to add a sort red lightning effect. I'm not really sure why I added it but I thought it looked cool and filled in some emptiness. I think it makes the scene look more intense and action based.

Where is her chest? No offense but her chest is the same size as her stomach, hard to distinguish. Other than that, great job on the water effect and coloring.

Im curious about this woman's issue. Why she is wearing a elegant glove and then wearing a sporty type of glove on her other hand? The bathing suit and rip pants? The messed up eye make up. It's like a pissed off GI Jane.
