I can't tell if that is supposed to be a lion or a bear. It looks like a mixture of both. You need to work on the details of your animal a bit.

Nice job. I prefer the picture been clear and detailed but I know the blur effect is a thing and you did a good job for just practice.

Cool drawing. If the woman is supposed to have a third eye, her hair should not be underneath the eye. The eye should be on her forehead and her hair off to the side or slightly covering the eye. Other than that, nicely done.

Agreed. At first I tried to do it the way you described. It never ended up looking quite right, since most of the eye would have been covered by the hair. This is a painting of aa magical warrior priestess though, so I figured I could sacrifice accuracy in favour of aesthetics ;)
