I've carefully reviewed all of the FAQs and rules from 2009 when this was posted and I see nothing about betas not being allowed. Can you refer me to the 2009 web page on archive.org that states this rule?

This is a Beta, only submit complete games. A background and better graphics are needed.

This game needs a better plot and a much better ending.

Do not submit Betas, submit finished games. This game needs better graphics and more content.

[QUEST SPACE]

A very basic RPG that only uses the space bar. With more content and better graphics it would be much better.

[Nom Cat]

This is a very challenging avoid the cat game. The cat has ninja reflexes and even some anime powers. The graphics are simple, but good. You should make a sequel about a dog. Give the dog some unique powers of all his own.

The medals work, and I earned them all.

I pressed start, but the game froze and could not be played.

[Extraterrestrial brothers]

There should be a way to translate this game into English. That way players can understand the instructions and plot.

[Yums-skateboard Shooter]

This game feels like a giant ad. It needs better graphics, music, and hit detection.
